Returns & Exchanges — The Scandi way

We’ll review your request as soon as it arrives and guide you through the next steps with care. Our aim is always a smooth, simple resolution.

Customers cover return postage unless an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly despatched. Returns may take up to 10 days to process (from request, shipping, and delivery).

Please repack your item securely using the original packaging, and tags (attached) or a suitable alternative. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. If goods return to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, we may need to return them to you or issue a partial refund.

Delivery refunds are limited to the cost of our standard delivery option.

Large furniture (including Oliver Furniture and Mustard Made Lockers) is non‑returnable unless confirmed faulty by the manufacturer. Replacement parts may be offered. If a full return is requested, return shipping cannot be covered and all original packaging must be intact.

Claims for damage, missing items or faults must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. After this window, we may offer store credit or a partial refund at our discretion.

All returns must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. Delivery costs for the original order are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty and a replacement cannot be provided.

Outlet pieces (Ex‑Display, Seconds, Odd Bump) are sold as seen and are non‑returnable. If purchasing online, we recommend requesting photos before ordering.
